Since 2013, Beautiful Savior has enjoyed providing a safe, secure, and fun soccer camp for the children of La Porte County. In order to take precautions for the health and safety of our participants and their families, our 2020 Soccer Camp may take on a new form or be held at a new time.

On Friday, we will host a LIVE Zoom session for more personal engagement and interaction. Our most active and involved participants will have the opportunity to win a special prize of a personalized soccer jersey polo.

Update – June 22, 2020
We aren’t able to do Soccer Camp how we have in the past, but that doesn’t mean your kids can’t have fun and learn some skills.
June 22-26, Beautiful Savior will post videos on our Facebook page that will teach important soccer skills from several of our coaches. We hope you can check it out! The videos will PREMIEREat 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM each day, but they will also be archived on our Facebook page so you can watch them whenever you want. Be sure to Like and Follow our page so that you get all the announcements.
This will give you a taste of what our virtual camp might look like later in the summer. More details will be delivered to you soon on that!
Currently, Indiana’s Back on Track plan allows for the start of recreational sports and leagues on June 14. Visit https://www.backontrack.in.gov for more information. This plan is contingent upon meeting several health standards in each stage, so it may change.
We would like to know what options for our soccer camp would most benefit your family and our community. We have created a survey for you to share your interests, availability, and concerns with us as we weigh options and make plans for Beautiful Savior’s Soccer Camp.
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Click below to take the survey.
The following information shows our traditional camp structure. This may change based on how we plan for 2020 and the health and safety of our staff and participants. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make our plans for 2020.
|Main Camp (M-F)||Beginners’ Camp (Tu-Fr)|
(Timely payment of the registration fee secures your child’s spot.)
The main camp for ages 5-12 will have evening sessions from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Beginners’ Camp begins on Tuesday, June 18th with mornings sessions from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Registrations and fee payment must be completed by June 1st. Space is limited and there is a cap on the number of participants in each age level. The nominal fee ensures that all children who want to participate will be able. (The slight increase for this year is to allow us to give each child a soccer ball at the end of camp.)
In Beautiful Savior’s Soccer Camp your child will learn the basic skills of soccer and have the ability to practice in a friendly and engaging environment for all participants. Participants will be coached by volunteers from Divine Savior Academy, located in Doral, Florida. Beautiful Savior’s camp will also incorporate a strong focus on teamwork and character building. Beautiful Savior staff will strive to make this camp a fun and safe environment.
Participants will be divided into constructive and competitive age groups.
Beautiful Savior will also offer a free picnic meal to all campers and family members on Friday evening.
Each registered and participating child will receive a t-shirt and a soccer ball.
Participants must bring cleats or athletic shoes, and water. (Shin guards are highly recommended.)
Beginners’ Camp participants should bring athletic shoes and water.
Qualifying families may contact Beautiful Savior directly to inquire about camp scholarships. Please call (219) 324-7442 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
